(#28) Emotional agility, shadow work and living to your full potential with Nerida Bint (Part II)
Nov 20, 2022 Season 1 Episode 28

TRIGGER WARNING - in this episode we talk about mental health and suicide as Nerida bravely shares her journey. If you or someone you love is struggling I encourage you to reach out to lifeline Australia on 131114.

Nerida Bint is a coach & mentor for men & women who struggle with a block in their lives. Nerida understands how trauma in early childhood creates wounds, stories and limiting beliefs that prevent us from living the lives we are destined to live. Whether it be in well-being, career or our relationships, she is a coach & mentor who loves to help people heal, integrate and find their way back home to themselves✨

Nerida is an incredible and inspirational friend and I am so excited to bring her to you. As always our conversation went alot longer than we expected - but there was so much value in our conversation I couldn't narrow it down, so I've split our conversation into part 1 and part 2✨

In this episode (part 2) you will learn,

  • when our patterns of behaviour no-longer serve us
  • a quick look into internal family systems ('IFS')
  • emotional eating and 'safety'
  • what is trauma?
  • learning how to love the wounded parts of ourselves
  • how to lean into discomfort to grow and to build the deep connection that we're craving
  • how to sit in the 'unknown' and embrace polarity
  • why frustration is the biggest sign that you're ready to heal a pattern
  • and so much more!

As always, I am so grateful for you listening to the wisdom I am here to share ✨
